UK Delivery
Rebus provides Free Delivery on all orders.
UK orders are delivered by Royal Mail. For bespoke jewellery, we offer free insured delivery via Royal Mail’s next-day before 1pm Special Delivery service, Monday to Friday.
You will be notified by email upon dispatch with courier and tracking details.
All parcels require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure the delivery address is one where you or someone on your behalf will be present to sign for the package (such as a home or work address).

Free Complimentary International Delivery on Orders Over £500
We offer free delivery on international orders over £500. For orders under £500, a £40 delivery charge will apply.
From dispatch date, please allow
- 2-3 working days for delivery to Europe
- 2-3 working days to the US and Canada
- 2-5 working days to the Australia and New Zealand
- 2-5 working days for the Rest of the World

Any signature at the delivery address will be accepted by Rebus Signet Rings Limited as valid. We do not take responsibility for goods released to an unauthorised signatory. In the event of a delivery issue, Rebus will assist by obtaining proof of delivery from the courier to help resolve the matter.
Non-UK orders are exclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) which is currently 20%. This will be removed from your order at checkout.
All deliveries outside the UK may be subject to local import duties and taxes. Please note that Rebus Signet Rings Limited cannot be liable for any local import duties and taxes imposed. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you are advised to contact your local customs office for further information.
US Deliveries
We offer free delivery on US orders over $500. For orders under $500, a $40 delivery charge will apply.
Orders are placed in USD and exclude UK taxes (VAT), however, customs duties, tariffs, and any applicable import fees are not included.
Please note: For U.S. shipments valued over $2,500, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) may ask for your IRS, EIN or SSN number before authorising delivery to your address. Don’t worry – you’ll usually have one week to provide this information.
US orders are delivered via DHL Express or FedEx. We notified you by email upon dispatch with your courier and tracking details.

Customs and Duties
All international deliveries are shipped Delivery At Place (DAP), the price you pay for your Rebus order will exclude customs duties, tariffs, and any applicable import fees. The shipping company we use (ie. FedEx or DHL) will email you directly with a breakdown of costs and a payment link for you to pay easily online to release your order from customs. We can provide an estimate of these charges upon request, to help you plan with confidence.
By placing an order, you accept full responsibility for any risk of confiscation during transit. If Rebus Signet Rings Limited is not able to retrieve the order, you may not be refunded for your purchase. If customs seizes or returns the merchandise, you remain liable for all shipping costs, including any return shipping fees.
These circumstances include, but are not limited to:
- Failure to Provide Required Customs Documents: If the order is seized and cannot be recovered because you did not supply the necessary customs documents upon request and within a reasonable timeframe;
- Refusal to Pay Customs Duties: If the order is seized and cannot be recovered because you declined to pay the applicable customs duties;
- Unreachable Customer: If the order is seized and cannot be recovered because attempts to deliver were unsuccessful, and you were unreachable.
Delivery Exclusions
PO Box Addresses
We are unable to deliver to PO Box numbers, BFPO addresses, mail-forwarding addresses and temporary residence addresses. This is to ensure the safe and undamaged delivery of your order.
Delivery At Weekends
Weekend delivery varies globally, and we would recommend contacting the courier for further details. In the UK, our couriers do not deliver at weekends.
Delivery On Public Holidays
Our couriers do not currently deliver on public holidays.
Next Day Delivery
Next Day delivery applies for working days only and currently excludes the Scottish Isles, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and some areas of Scotland.

Insurance
Your Rebus jewellery will be shipped fully insured via our trusted, expert couriers. Each piece is beautifully gift-wrapped and securely packaged in a plain, discreet brown box for privacy and/or a tamperproof bag.
Please note that all deliveries require a signature upon receipt, and photographic identification may be requested. If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier will leave a notification, allowing you to reschedule for a more convenient time.
